Having rung a few tile shops in Harlow to source a product none but this shop offered an alternative to match what I was looking for. I was after a Mapei Silicone which they didn't stock but the lady on the phone said, please come to the shop and we can colour match it to another brand that they stocked. Brilliant phone manner and great customer service in store. Would recommend to anyone looking for tiles and materials. Great customer service. A credit to the local community. 10/10
