I cant speak highly enough of Pentagon Tiles. I had an issue with my tiles (factory fault unknown to Pentagon) which was only discovered when my tiler had started work. Worried that this would cause a delay, I spoke with Dan who requested photos and videos and after reviewing he called to apologise and without hesitation, he sent a driver to my house straight away with a new batch of tiles.
