Service is progressively getting worse with every visit. I am going to have to find another Honda dealer. Raising their prices, slow service, inconsistent advice.

i bought my 2016 Honda Civic on July 13th, 2016. my salesperson Tom Flack was absolutely amazing. i couldn't ask for a better experience. he made it very easy, stress free and quick. also Adam and Frank did what ever they did to help me get this car, despite me just buying a 2016 Kia Optima two months prior at Butler Kia who did me wrong, lied and forced me to buy their car. i appreciate everything Tom, Adam & Frank did to help me, also the door panel on my car was messed up, Rob in service got it replaced quickly and even g... read more
So I can only rate the used car department, but obviously they must be doing something right because we just purchased our 4th car from there (thanks, Dave Worsham!!!). Rick in financing is the best, as well. In the future, my husband and I will skip the headache and just return to Penske Honda.

I went in for my first oil change today, and it was a great experience. Bryan was super friendly, and it was finished in less than an hour. The waiting area was comfy with plenty of snack and drink choices.
