Very unpleasant dealings with this garage. I just noticed they removed my negative review as well which shows they don’t have transparency. They were very unkind and unpleasant about the fact my car had dog hair in it and refused to work on my vehicle even when I had apologised, offered to collect the car and have it valeted. The owner was really unkind and aggressive.
Myself and my family have used this establishment since the day it commenced I have recommended many friends and family to use Penshaw car clinic, with 100 % positive feedback I’ve been in the motor trade since I was 16 and know the industry inside out, these guys exceed expectations and are honest, trustworthy and very knowledgeable Thankyou for the unrivalled service to me and my family and , friends vehicles I’m happy to re-assure anyone who is thinking about using this garage
Great work carried out, I always take my car here for a M.O.T
I’ve been coming here ever since I got my first car in 2018. I took my new car here for it's MOT and service today - ended up being an interim service as I hadn’t clocked up enough miles yet. I’m so happy with how quickly I got it back and the care they took with it. Thank you so much, I will never go anywhere else.
