Been with this surgery for just over 5 years.. I have never once had an issue here.. for what is I’m sure a surgery with many patients I have never had to wait too long for appointments. Efficient staff and doctors.
Reception, doctors and other staff are friendly and informative, I would defo recommend
The doctors I have meet are so friendly and welcoming, taking good time on someone till the ser you are satisfied. The best part is getting the appointment for Saturday it helps for those who work week days.
Very difficult to make an appointment , not very kind or helpful reception , don’t think this is what the nhs was supposed to look like in any way .. need to understand they are there to help not turn away
