Amazing customer service from Penrose. Went for a viewing and the estate agent Ben W who recently joined was very friendly and made a personable impression. It didn’t feel transactional at all as it has with other agencies. I felt like he actually listened to what I was looking for rather than trying to tick boxes which just makes the experience of looking for a home so much more rememberable and pleasant. Hopefully I find what I’m looking for with Penrose. I would highly recommend!
Great Service provided by Glen and the team at Penrose Estate Agents who have now sold and rented properties for me. On this occasion it was a rental which Glen sourced a tenant for me and was great with the after service and ongoing service as and when needed. Thanks again.
Superb service from the Penrose Team. 3 weeks from going on their books to having tenants in! Glenn was amazing, staying in contact with us, supporting us and guiding us on some refurb to give the tenant a better experience. Kieran and team were excellent. They took all of the pain out of selling my property. It sold within 5 days and I had updates when they were needed. The whole process from start to finish was smooth and professional I used their recommended solicitors who were also excellent and the whole process was seamless.
