Would give 0 stars if possible. Lead GP was completely unprofessional on a recorded phonecall. When responding to my complaint about his behaviour, the practice manager (who happens to be his wife) dismissed everything despite GDPR evidence to the contrary. The surgery is always looking for new patients as they seem to be constantly losing them. Recommend to avoid.
This surgery has really gone downhill. One receptionist (even just talking on the phone) sounds like she doesn’t want to be there. What happened to the older ladies??? The atmosphere feels unwelcoming. The appointment system NOT HELPFUL at all. I’ve been with this surgery for 20+ yrs. I think it’s time to look for another one.
Having to argue with a doctor just to convey the fact that you have a medical issue should never be a thing.
I had a poor experience with how this surgery handles feedback. The follow-up felt more like an attempt to silence me than to learn from what happened—I've now switched surgeries as a result. I fainted after a painful cervical smear and felt emotionally dismissed. My discomfort was attributed entirely to anxiety, despite never having fainted at previous smears.
