On the 17th of June 2025, I ordered a bed and mattress from Pennywise in Hackney and paid for delivery. When they brought the item, I was surprised to see one person carrying the whole lot of base, mattress and headboard all by himself. I was asked by the delivery guy to assist but I made it clear to him that I had Osteoarthritis on my shoulders so couldn't help.
