Unfortunately I cannot recommend Penny Smyth Estates. Perhaps these estate agents are great when selling a house, however buying through them was extremely stressful. Our buying process started well, we were impressed with the customer service and attentiveness of the agents at the viewings, however once we hit sale agreed and a few things looked as if they were going wrong the customer service we received quickly took a hit.
