Excellent service from start to finish. Clearly an experienced and very capable agent. No problems and seamless job from start to finish! Helen who was in charge clearly knows how to deal with people and made the whole process extremely simply and pleasant. Nice to see such a professional service in today's world!

We really can't recommend Erling Lindoe at Penny and Sinclair enough. We met him while viewing a house and immediately liked him and so asked him to value our house. Even though the house is out of his normal area, Erling arrived with an armful of research and a sales plan about different ways we could approach the sale. I mostly dealt with Helen Lee, very nice lady and was honest about the landlords intentions on one particular property, which was very much appreciated. They have a great selection of character and quality homes from what I saw. My one minor complaint is the speed/timescale of the viewings themselves (possibly reflecting their success?!) although they did arrange another viewing to let me come back to measure up once I'd confirmed a property. Erling, Robin and Helen were brilliant. I sold my home in less than 3 weeks. I hadn't found a new home, so they were really helpful keeping my buyer in the loop, keeping in touch with us both regularly. No question was too small and I felt valued as a customer. I would definitely recommend Penny & Sinclair to anyone selling their home.
