My mum was here for a few months and I thought it was very good . At first I didn’t think it was modern enough - but this became completely irrelevant and not important. The staff did a fantastic job of looking after her and she had everything she needed . There is a wonderful atmosphere for those staying here who are able bodied - lots of good activities. Penny pot care home is a brilliant home! When I came to visit my nan I could feel the homley atmosphere made by the caring staff. Nan was assisted with all her needs and supported with Daily tasks so she could still have some independence! Thankyou to all management for being so approachable and accommodating for both my nan and the family, and to the brilliant staff!
My mum is now in penny pots and it is lovely seeing the smile back on her face she has made new friends there also
