I had an excellent experience with Penny Cadwallader. She took the time to explain everything clearly and gave me some simple exercises to help relieve the pain in my lower back. The acupuncture treatment worked really well, and I noticed a big improvement afterwards. The treatment room is a lovely wooden cabin, which makes the whole experience feel calm and welcoming. Penny is very professional yet friendly, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking for osteopathy or acupuncture support.
Penny is an excellent osteopath, she is experienced and professional. Her knowledge and hands on approach in helping me with my back issue was superb, I have been seeing her now for over two years with regular sessions to help maintain the movement in my back and spine. Would highly recommend her.
