Penny is very professional and very empathetic. She was very methodical in identifying the cause of my pain and her treatment was very gentle but effective. I would definitely use her again or recommend her to friends.

Penny has helped me enormously during my pregnancy whilst Ive had backache. She has given me exercises to practice and strengthen my back enabling me to stay active. She is very professional and I highly recommend her! Thank you Penny
Penny was absolutely amazing I've had a constant shoulder pain for several years and she worked on it really well to the extent where I no longer have this pain. It's been fantastic to be able to do the things I could not do before in such a short space of time.
Penny provided an excellent service. She helped to relieve some lower back pain almost immediately. She put me at ease in the first session and was super friendly. My daily daily back pain is significantly better as a result of just 2 sessions. Would highly recommend
