I've been with Pennrise for over 10 years now and enjoyed my interactions with them. You can always call and they reply to my emails within 24 hours. They organise annual gas and electric certifications, do boiler checks, are very timely for contract renewals (Oct-Nov times) and clear the weeds at least once a year all at no extra cost. Not having to deal with letting agencies is a plus, both for extending contracts and getting maintenance requests in. Overall, I had a good experience with PennRise. They were responsive to requests , and the expectations of me as a tenant and them as an agent were always made clear and transparent. The moving out process was smooth

I rented with Pennrise Properties between 2022-2023. It was a pleasant experience. Jeanette and Taz at the office are friendly and helpful. It was refreshing to see agents that have high standards and attention to detail. Any maintenance, if any, was dealt with promptly. I would recommend this agency to others. Diolch/thanks, Steffan.
