This surgery is a joke. You can never get a appointment or even a phone call back. You could die before you see the doctor. Even when you get to see the doctor he never knows whats wrong with you, he just says if you get any worse go to A&E. He can not even get repeat priscriptions right, dont see the point of him being there, they need a decent doctor. This practice needs looking into.
Never again as sone as I can I will leave this surgery: the G P said if you don't go to the hospital today you could be dead by Friday: I went to the hospital: got checked out the doctor said iam as fit as a fiddle: what a waste of time all because of this G P surgery.
Would give a zero if possible,receptionists are liars and can be quite rude at times. Doctors either never there or you have to jump through hoops like a circus animal to try and get an appointment. Say you will get a call to discuss you don't and you have to pester and keep ringing to remind them or the doctor won't even call. Ring 8 on the dot and you still don't get an appointment just a fake promise of a call back.
