This is one of the worst health centers I have ever encountered. I often was put on hold for 20 minutes just trying to make an appt. They have a crazy set up for scheduling that means waiting for a follow up appt for over 6 months, even if the doc wants you in sooner. You wait and then get 15 minutes, with the doc on the computer most of the time. It is cold, impersonal, superficial, and like being in a factory assembly line.
