Had my Hyundai Tucson serviced here and couldn’t fault the experience. Clear invoice, fair pricing, and everything explained properly. Oil and filters replaced, full checks carried out, and even small things like topping up levels and screen wash done without being asked. Good communication and the work was done professionally. Nice to deal with a straightforward, honest local garage. I’ll definitely be back and would recommend to others.
I have used Penmans garage for many years, never had cause to complain and can highly recommend them. Penmans have always been friendly, up-front and honest, with quality work and very reasonable costs. Having now moved home and retired, I still choose to drive the couple of hours to Bonnybridge to get our cars serviced by a garage in which I have complete trust and would highly recommend them.
Great mechanic, friendly and good prices
Developed a series water leak Friday afternoon. Who's going to help at this time of day. Step up Alex at Penmans garage. Told to bring it down for a look. Diagnosis was water pump. Fitted me in on the following Tuesday got car back Wednesday. I'd read the reviews beforehand now forward mine. Highly recommend Penmans garage so much will continue to trust my car with them. Service MOT in January will be my next visit. Thanks Alex
