I was a tenant with Penhurst for a little over a year and enjoyed every minute I was with them. They were very accomodating throughout the entire tenancy and was extremely quick to rectify any issues we had (which was very few). Extra shouts to Jack who was very helpful. Overall a great landlord and would recommend to anyone who wishes to have a stress free tenancy!

I’ve used Penhurst for the past three years whilst living in Battersea. The flats are clean, modern and fantastic for young profesional’s. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Jack Elkington and the rest of the team have always been extremely helpful with all of our needs over this time. Once again, thank you so much.

Their maintenance services via an online platform are very easy and reliable. Stephon became a good friend over the years, helping me with my move and bits and bobs in the flat. Big thank you!
