New construction metal roof I am a custom home builder and Penfolds Roofing had just completed a standing seam metal roof for a new house that I am building in Richmond. This was the first time that I am having a metal roof installed and Glenn Webber of Penfolds gave me a very detailed explanation of the metal roof system and also a very detailed proposal of their job scope. Roof replacement Overall I was satisfied with the work. I was originally slated to have the work start over a month later, but a cancellation occurred so I was able to get it done much sooner, so that was a good thing. The only complaint I had was that they kept their lawn sign out for weeks after the job was completed.

Roof replacement I had a little leak which I fixed several times but it just came back. Then big rain and one more leak. Time to call but who to call. I was very worried about getting shafted. When we purchased the house, it was supposed to have a 20 year warrenty on the roof that was supposed to be 12 years old. That company didn't exist anymore. roofing repair initially replaced our cedar roof with a full time warrently cedar replica... the guys were very thorough and very professional... kept our yard very clean and tidy through out job... this job was also referred throough our neighbor who was also very happy

New Roof All the people who worked on our roof installation were courteous and totally professional - they were considerate to everyone living in our neighbourhood - no loud music was played like we have heard from other roofers that have done work in this area. Tarps were even placed over our bushes next to the house to avoid any damage done to them. They were at the house early and worked right through the day and into the early evening.
