Roof replacement I had a little leak which I fixed several times but it just came back. Then big rain and one more leak. Time to call but who to call. I was very worried about getting shafted. When we purchased the house, it was supposed to have a 20 year warrenty on the roof that was supposed to be 12 years old. That company didn't exist anymore. roofing repair initially replaced our cedar roof with a full time warrently cedar replica... the guys were very thorough and very professional... kept our yard very clean and tidy through out job... this job was also referred throough our neighbor who was also very happy

New Roof All the people who worked on our roof installation were courteous and totally professional - they were considerate to everyone living in our neighbourhood - no loud music was played like we have heard from other roofers that have done work in this area. Tarps were even placed over our bushes next to the house to avoid any damage done to them. They were at the house early and worked right through the day and into the early evening. Replaced cedar with Penfolds Cedar Twin Ultra (plus sun tunnel) Our 26 year old cedar roof needed replacing. We had heard good things about Penfolds so called for an estimate, which helped us choose between good, better and best, with a few in between. Project included closing off a T-bar window and installing a sun tunnel to replace it. All work was completed in 5 days (3000 sq. ft. of roof) with no damage to shrubery, and property was left clean. roofed the entire house When working with this company i expected them to be very tight and professional. i found that there was lag between the time of booking until i had to call and ask where my roofer was. I was forced to contact them to do such things as removing the sign which they placed on my lawn. overall the work was done well, but i did have a feeling like i had to chase after them. this is not how i should operate when dealing with a large company such as Penfolds.
Replace cedar roof with Ziplok metal roofing Penfolds Roofing Inc. installed a new Ziplok metal roof on our home. The result of this Penfolds roof: Unsatisfactory installation and service (leaks, rust, improper use of flashing and caulking); Misleading advertising; and Unfulfilled written contract (did not design specifically for our home – resulting in $28000 in damages to home). We replaced this roof 2001 and everything was perfect. There was an abnormal accumulation of snow in 2009 that resulted in some fascia boards falling off which is unrelated to the roofing we did. You then wanted us to supply snow stops which we agreed to as a gesture of good faith. When we sent you a Release for your signature you did sign but you returned this with an Addendum that included another full list of demands that we could not agree to. New Roof Good service, and were impressed overall with product. There were a couple of minor problems, but they were very quick to fix any problems. Still very happy with the new roof it has been a few years since we had it done.
