Roof replacement I recommend this company to everyone. They are professional and were thorough in explaining the entire process to us. We thought about hiring other cheaper contractors like some of our neighbours , but it just wasn’t worth the risk. Their warranties overshadow what the cheaper companies offer, creating great peace of mind. With the wet climate we have in Vancouver, it is better to have the job done right the first time by a company who backs up their service with a good warranty. Re-Roof & gutters Having dealt with Shaun, he was extremely accommodating not only as price is concerned, but also with the product. He was very helpful with what roofing product would be appropriate for the style of my house. Metal Roof Walter from Belcarra When Shaun came to our house to give an estimate, I was surprised by the young man's knowledge of every aspect of construction. new membrane flat roof I needed to get my flat roof replaced after only 11 years. Penfold's used a multi-layer design that is much more durable than a torch-on, and comes with a 20 year warrantee.

Re-roof My dealings with Jonathan Manca was great. I was very impressed with his professionalism and plain friendly mannerisims. He went above and beyond to pick up and arrange for two additional skylites. As well he always answered my calls and questions throughout the entire job. I was concerned on how a new canopy covered deck was going to be flashed and transitioned, he told me not to worry that it won't leak. Torch on roof We had our tar and gravel roof replaced this fall by Penfolds.I got maybe half a dozen quotes,Penfolds wasn't the cheapest but it did seem to be the most honest and the price quoted was going to be the finished price.They fit us into their work schedule sooner than they said they would,showed up when they said they would,stayed on the job till it was finished,cleaned up afterwards and made sure we were happy with the overall job.I,m very happy with with the service Penfolds gave us and yes I would recommend the... read more
