Re-roofing with metal: 16 unit strata building Owners were impressed with Brent's presentation, explaining how the project would proceed. Tarps were placed over the leaking portion of the roof and quickly replaced when high winds blew the tarps off. The work was completed within the two weeks as promised when the weather improved. There were no "hidden" costs. Owners are happy with the new roof.

Roof replacement Had our roof replaced by Penfolds. It is a bit more then some other places, but the quality and professionalism offsets the cost. Their warranty and peace of mind is nice too.

new roof went from cedar shakes to laminated shingles plus new gutters I'm very pleased with the service and cost. Had 3 other quotes at much higher cost. The workers were curtious and worked quickly. Scope of work was very detailed and included many things other companies did not. Clean up and follow up was through. I would and have recommeded this company to friends.

Replacement of cedar roof and skylights We needed to replace our cedar shake roof and called a few roofing companies for quotes. Adam of Penfolds Roofing made an appointment to sit down with us and brought samples of the shingle and product information for us to look over. Adam was extremely professional, knowledgeable and personable which made it easy for us to make the decision to go with Penfolds. Roof replacement A raccoon clawed two skylight sized holes in our twenty-one year old cedar roof. We called two roofing companies which did not return our calls. My husband drove by a Penfold's truck as they were doing work in our neighbourhood and talked with the guy. He finished his job and then came over for a look at the holes. He repaired them immediately. New construction metal roof I am a custom home builder and Penfolds Roofing had just completed a standing seam metal roof for a new house that I am building in Richmond. This was the first time that I am having a metal roof installed and Glenn Webber of Penfolds gave me a very detailed explanation of the metal roof system and also a very detailed proposal of their job scope. Roof replacement Overall I was satisfied with the work. I was originally slated to have the work start over a month later, but a cancellation occurred so I was able to get it done much sooner, so that was a good thing. The only complaint I had was that they kept their lawn sign out for weeks after the job was completed.
