Title: Appalling Management, Training, and Pay - Would Not Recommend Kindred to Anyone Rating: 1/5 stars I'm writing this review to warn others about the horrific experience I had working for Kindred. From the moment I started, it was clear that management was clastrophically incompetent. The training was non-existent, leaving me feeling like I was thrown in the deep end with no guidance. Do not work for this company!!! They don't do risk assessments to pregnant woman, they don't even pay wages with a doctor’s note. Payroll are all liars passing the blame around and expect staff to just use water to clean schools as they do not provide cleaning products. 100% a front of some sort cover up. And send employees they have met in 1 day to work in schools without DBS checks. You have to be a certain type of evil to be a part of the management team here. Awful company. Won’t pay you what you are owed when you are owed it and when you try to contact them to resolve the situation they will not get back to you. Won’t answer your calls, won’t answer emails and won’t take accountability for their mistakes. Avoid at all costs.
