Neil failed to do what we asked of him which was to block off a gap in the roof to prevent birds from nesting. He happily took our money but failed to return after numerous attempts to contact him. Avoid.
Neil failed to do what we asked of him which was to block off a gap in the roof to prevent birds from nesting. He happily took our money but failed to return after numerous attempts to contact him. Avoid.
Neil came and dealt with our rats, and they aren't bothering us any more, which is the most important thing. Communication wasn't clear though, he charged us more than double what he said he was going to charge (we are 2 houses, semi-detached, but one visit) and didn't return to collect the poison/dead rats, which he said he would do. Wouldn't use again.
