I would not recommend applying for a position with this company or trusting them with the care of a loved one. I went through an extensive and unprofessional recruitment process for a Wellbeing Lead role, including two interviews and a trial shift. I was assured by the home manager that the job was mine, but after two months of interviews and trials, I was abruptly told I was unsuccessful, with no clear explanation. Within moments of viewing Pemberley Manor we knew it was the place to send my Mum for respite. The good feeling we got from all the staff we met on the first visit was so genuine and caring and it stood out way above the other care homes we had viewed. They have activities every morning and afternoon that are accessible and adapted for all. I cannot recommend Baycroft Grays Farm Road enough. I spent a weekend running around homes and from all that I visited this one has the warmest, family feel, kindest staff, and great facilities. It's so nice and bright and is spotless. They have supported me so very much with the transition of Dad's respite stay. You really could not ask for more as a family member and for your loved one.
