I will never go back. I ordered the Korean spicy shrimp, and as soon as I got to my car, I threw up.
The teriyaki crunch roll gave me food poisoning last week. I was extremely sick for 48 hours. I’ve experienced missing food items on to go orders before and poor customer service in the restaurant,but after this I’ll never eat there again.
Teach your people how to wrap a Spring Roll the right way. Oh, and use fresh ingredients. I’m pretty sure these had been sitting on a shelf all day where it was hot.i already contacted your corporate people so there’s that too.
Worst customer service experience. Counter gal bagged orders and completely ignored me for over seven minutes and then barked, name and online or call in, before slamming my food on the counter and walking away. The food is good so there’s that, but I will hesitate to come back until the service improves.
Wow, the worst experience at Pei Wei ever! Restaurant was filthy and my regular dish was disgusting! My fried rice tasted like old Spanish rice with a bad texture. Never again! This place used to be great.
Dan Dan chicken is BOMB! Service is great and the atmosphere is excellent.
Overall food is great..I have NEVER done this before and I’m pretty tolerant but the bathroom was NASTY!! I’ve worked at the likes of Casa Bonita when younger and the bathroom here was worse than I have ever seen there..the urinal had old dried on urine from top to bottom not fresh with several puddles underneath..yuk��
The service here is fundamentally atrocious. I stood in line for 10 minutes while someone was on the phone and another person was packaging to go orders. After putting in my order, it set up there for probably 10 minutes before I got it. And they brought my entree and appetizer at the same time.
