Our menu is inspired by ancient Asian cooking, from the wok-fired classics of China to the street market spices of Thailand, all freshly made to order in our open kitchens daily. RecommendedAlways like Pei Wei. This particular location doesn’t seem that friendly, for people like me that value that sort of thing. Food is delish though.
Worst customer service ever! They are so rude and the food is disgusting. Tried to call in a to go order and the phone rang for 10 minutes. I finally gave up and just went in to order, and the lady helping me was so hateful. I told her that I had been trying to order over the phone and it just kept ringing. Her response was “yeah we’re busy”. Umm no they had MAYBE 4 couples there eating. Finally got home with our food and the order was wrong and not fit to eat. Vegetarians beware. I tried this last night and really wanted to like it as I was told they were vegetarian friendly. I ordered the teriyaki tofu with brown rice. About halfway through my meal I bit into what was obviously not tofu and realized there were several pieces of meat, what appeared to be pork or beef. Despite their claims of vegetarian dishes they were not careful to keep things separate during the cooking process. Sad. I love their food but I have to take business elsewhere. They don’t take call-in orders anymore. The phone just rings.
I gave up on pei wei about a year ago because our orders were wrong every single time. We tried it again and not only was it wrong it was absolutely awful. What I have ordered in the past was not what I ordered. There was absolutely no flavor to any of the meals we received nor spice. So disappointed once again that a convenient restaurant to my family of 7 is being banned. My husband and I eat here all the time. We’ve had a couple of mistakes with our orders but management always makes it right. Thanks Pei wei!!
After waiting on hold for over 9 minutes to place a togo order I expected to walk in to an extremely busy restaurant to finally be able to place a to go order. Only to walk in to 5 table filled and no one in line at either register. I commented that I had been trying to get through on the phone for an order. Your employee replied “yeah, I am the only one” but I’m glad he has time to fill cups of sauce to go with the to go orders he isn’t taking...
We are a regular at this location but am very disappointed today. Ordered 45 mins ahead on the app. Food was to be ready at 12:45. Got there around 12:55, paid, and the lady said it'd be ready soon. At 1:05 I still hadn't received my food. Walked back to the counter and it was the bag that had been sitting there since we got there. One driver machine was broke and the other about out of everything. We also didn't get our kids meal drinks.
Waited 6 minutes on hold at 2:05 pm on 6/25/2018. Never even got a person to answer the phone and take my order. Need more staff, that’s just unacceptable. I hung up and ordered elsewhere
