I found Dr. Liao to be very knowledgeable, professional, and patient with my questions.
Annual checkup.
The only thing wrong with this practice is the scheduling personnel which is clearly outsourced and off- shored. Why can’t the local. We’ll trained staff do the scheduling and customer service?
Dr. Liao made me feel very comfortable and listened to my concerns! I felt well cared for.
Dr. Liao was very efficient and she explained what she was finding clearly.
Although I have been using this practice for a long time, this was my first visit with Dr. Liao. I was impressed with her & her office nurse, who were both very friendly, caring, & knowledgeable. Had an opportunity to share my situation & ask questions. The pre-reg process worked out well. Thanks!

Very nice staff and excellent treatment.
She missed a Basal Cell Carcinoma. Obviously, less than thorough. This practice lost all it’s experienced doctors.
