I wholeheartedly dislike your call centers calling and harassing me Particularly because you use a Philippine call center not a USA one
Both Dr. Laio and nurse were kind, thorough, and patient and took time to answer my questions. This was my second time scheduling an appt. at an Advanced Dermatology and Cosmetic Surgery location (the first with Dr. Liao at this location) and the same scheduling problem has happened both times. I had two main issues I wanted addressed, was assured they both would be noted, and upon arrival both times was told they had no record of one of my concerns and therefore the scheduled appointment wasn't long enough. She is knowledgeable and very approachable at the same time. Staff is great and visits are organized and on time!

I have seen Dr. Liao for the last 2 years and have had great experiences every time. She has always been on time and very personable, and the staff is very polite and efficient. I have had two annual skin cancer checks and had several moles frozen and have had no trouble with any of them. I highly recommend Dr. Liao.

Dr Liao is excellent about being thorough and addressing any concerns and questions. My husband & I have gone to her for a long time and have always liked and trusted her. She's highly knowledgeable. It has sometimes been difficult to get through on the phone to schedule appointments but that seems to have improved lately.
