I think she is a better than average doctor within her specialty, but she's not perfect. I think that I have more scar tissue from a mole removal than I should. Perhaps she was being careful and took extra tissue, but I'm not pleased with the scar. I supposed it's better to be safe than sorry, but hopefully the scar will get better. Otherwise I have been content with her treatments. She is knowledgeable, smart, and efficient. I have been seeing her for a long time and will continue to return. I've yet to find the perfect doc... read more

I really like Dr. Liao. She’s friendly and makes you feel comfortable. The only reason I gave four stars instead of five is that she did my full body check in the speediest manner. That could be seen as good, but it worried me that she wasn’t seeing everything. I have a lot of sun damage and freckles. I had seen her years ago, also for a full body check, and don’t remember her being so speedy.

I saw Dr. Liao for a regular check up. She is very thorough, personable and knowledgeable. I would recommend her to anyone and I have.

I needed to make 2 visits to have things on my skin frozen. I should only have needed the 1st one, never a 3rd. I canceled the 3rd. Having used this clinic for MANY years, I have never had to return to have anything revisited. The dermatologist I always saw had retired, and this is the first time I saw Dr. Liao. When I called to cancel the 3rd appointment, Candy answered the phone. I canceled because my blood pressure was too low for me to safety drive, but was shocked at how rude she was to me. I do not recommend Dr. Liao for any procedure. It cost me $1000 to fix the mess she left from screwing up closure of a biopsy on my face. I questioned it on the follow up and she didn't see anything wrong with dog ears on both sides of the closure. Did I mention this is on my FACE? Not a smooth closure.

Dr. Liao left a hole in my cheek ,taking a small biopsy, when I comforted her, she only tried to passive me. She did not take responsibility for her action ,nor apologize. I told her I had had plenty biopsies before and none of them did this. Same old story, then tried to get me to see dr. Whiteto put some stitches in , like that won’t scare? Then she did a acid burn on some precancerous spots with a qtip and totally missed. Terrible , dumb, and how did you get a license to practice? I’m a registered nurse I see bad care but... read more

Perfect. I liked her demeanor. Her treatment went well beyond what I expected from a dermatologist. She saw my entire body and gave advice on further treatment of another obvious problem. VERY SMART! and HONEST! I appreciate honesty. I rate her a 10! and I will be returning. Thank you Dr. Liao.

I had an appt with Dr Liao @ 3:40 on April 3 When I arrived there the receptionist asked me for my ins card. I realized I had left it at home. She said they could not see me without me paying in advance. Not knowing the extent of what I had, I asked if I could see her and then call in my insurance info. The "manager" would not do this. They could have taken my credit card info and I could have called in my insurance the next day. Nope. No calls back from the practice. Poor patient care
