Dr. Liao is an excellent dermatologist. Listens to her patients and has a very caring demeanor.

The only thing wrong with this practice is the scheduling personnel which is clearly outsourced and off- shored. Why can’t the local. We’ll trained staff do the scheduling and customer service?
