Highly professional. Puts me at ease. Dr. Liao has my total confidence.
Dr. Liao was friendly and bright, especially great considering it was 7:30 AM! She was thorough in her explanations and attentive to my questions. The appointment was also quick, but I never felt rushed. I will absolutely go back to her for any dermatology needs.
She is very knowledgeable and thorough. I highly recommend her.

Both Dr. Laio and nurse were kind, thorough, and patient and took time to answer my questions. This was my second time scheduling an appt. at an Advanced Dermatology and Cosmetic Surgery location (the first with Dr. Liao at this location) and the same scheduling problem has happened both times. I had two main issues I wanted addressed, was assured they both would be noted, and upon arrival both times was told they had no record of one of my concerns and therefore the scheduled appointment wasn't long enough.
