Horrible customer service. Miserable female (not even a lady) at front desk. Advertised happy hour, that didnt happen. Not enough towels/wash cloths in room for 2 people, microwave didnt work...Truly not worth 949.00 for 2 nights...Go where your dollars are appreciated!

There is free parking don’t pay for parking until you check in! Checking in was easy, friendly. Room is was perfect and right on Duval Street

I’ve stayed here several times and I’ll be back on Wednesday! Love the hotel and it’s location!
Clean rooms and nice ambiance. We had a room overlooking the pool/patio. Greeted nice everytime we go past the front desk.
Great experience! Rooms were very clean and staff was always nice and helpful. Great location! I will definitely stay here again!
