This place is horrible. Long story short, I cancelled a reservation a few days in advance due to a family issue (there cancellation policy is a week in advance, btw) and the woman at the front desk stated I needed to speak with the manager and he may be able to get some of my money back (it was 280.00 for one night). Is niac
We came down for a quick getaway after visiting Miami and found this place on Priceline. I was a bit skeptical but the blonde lady @ the front desk made us feel confident and welcome! Fantastic room and a even better location!!! Will definitely stay here again when we come back!
Very nice hotel. Rooms are spectacular, staff is great, very nice pool area
