I took my two children to this group when they were young. I absolutely loved them. My daughter uses them now. We have had some issues with the front desk though. The Doctors and nurses are wonderful. It's hard to get an appointment anymore though and even a call back. She litterally stopped by after she didn't get a call back because the baby had a fever of 103.
I love this office. I have a child with a rare immunological disease. We go to the north office and her primary Dr. is Dr. Baker. We also see Dr. Rodgers and Cayci. She get's wonderful care. I appreciate the time they take and how they coordinate her care with her other doctors in other cities. You may have to wait a little. I would rather wait knowing the doctor is taking time doing a thorough check on a child and will do the same with my child.
As far as the doctors go they are wonderful and great. But as far as front of the house staff they are horrible! I've not been able to get my child into see a doctor in forever. Now protocol is to talk to a nurse to see if it is sever enough for my child to be seen. If I need an appointment let me see a doctor. Any other office will let you schedule an appointment why do I need to speak with a nurse first and let her decide

I love that they have a sick side and well side so that kids don't catch each others illness, and I love that they have rocking chairs so you can comfort little ones. The doctor that my son sees is amazing the only thing I dislike is that sometimes we see his under studies, and I feel like the actual doctor knows my sons medical history better.
I went here as a child. My brother was very sickly from birth and doctor Rogers and doctor Eakes always took their time to examine and explain to my mom what was going on. Now that i have a child he also goes here. I would not send him anywhere else. Doctor Eakes makes sure he is 100% before we leave. Anytime my son gets sick or has an allergic reaction to something they work him in and get him took care of. Thank you guys for all your hard work.
They know what they are doing! They care about the kids they are treating. Love them.
