My Children have been going here a couple of years. Have never had any issues with the medical staff, they have always been great and listened to my concerns. Have always been able to get my kids in to be seen in a timely manner. When I have left messages for a nurse my calls have been returned pretty quickly, I left a message on a Friday afternoon once and was returned on Monday and that is standard turn around time for a call back. Gave a 4 only because front office staff could be improved.
I wish you didn't have to give any stars cause they don't even deserve one. As a Mother and now a Grandmother who's children has been a part of this practice since the year 2000 when my first daughter was just 2 days old. Obviously it used to be a great Pediatric Office, especially when Dr. Maria Javier was there (unfortunately it was time for her to retire and sadly is no longer there), for me to continue to take my children there as I live at least 45 mins away. The doctors and nurses are so helpful and kind. The wait time is not long if you arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment. Renee Powell is the BEST! She is very considerate and cares about each if her patients!
