Do not recommend. Rude and disorganized.
Pulled my kids out of here today. Constantly an issue with scheduled appointments. I do my part and take pto from work for their doctors appointments and this facility has the absolute hardest time keeping their end of the appointment.Almost every appointment my daughter has had since she’s been born has had to be rescheduled. She’s 18 months. I think we had 3 appointments they didn’t try and call and reschedule. People aren’t just sitting around waiting for the doctor to decide when they feel like seeing their kids. We see Cayci Lane and she has always fantastic, if she would get a job with a better office we would definitely continue seeing her. However, office staff and literally everyone else I’ve dealt with has been horrible. One appt the nurse giving my son a vaccine smelled of cigarette smoke. I understand that some people smoke, but I shouldn’t have to trap my 9month old in a room that completely reeks of cigarettes at a well visit.
