The lady that works the reception desk is very rude. This was my first time visiting the clinic. She had an attitude with the patient in front of me so that should have been my first clue. She had an attitude with me as well. I didnt even stay. I took my son somewhere else. Maybe if the get more friendly receptionist they will do a lot better. First impressions are everything. I will never go here again.
I hate this doctor office with a passion! so i have several times were they failed as doctors. I am always told to come in as a walk in and when i do im not able to be seen and they send me home with a very sick or hurt child. I just now mad a call to have my oldest daughter be seen with my newborn just for some stomach pains she has been having and they cant do it. smh. I have had to take my kids to the ER due to them not seeing my kids as a walk in. Each time the doctors at the ER question me like im doing something wrong ... read more
