it's always something with these people. staff is rude (not the doctors). call wait time is ridiculous. appointment wait time is ridiculous. front office needs to be properly trained. always hires young girls. all hispanics.

The one in Mesquite sucks now. It use to be okay but I guess they got new staff and doctors and they take for ever to get you in a room and forever for a doctor to come in I was in and out this month with my babies they got really sick in April and today my 3yro had his 3yro check up. Well the doctor took to long we never got seen, I asked for their shot records and walked out. Will never be back!
Worst place ever!! Took her to after hour clinic in mesquite and they didn't even want to check my daughters temp because the last app was 10 min before I got there. And they say they close at 8pm. Rude people!!
