The doctors are good but they have poor staff.. I have three children that go here. We recently changed from the mesquite location to the Sunnyvale location. When I set my appointments I make sure to set them up all at the same day so they could be seen together. It’s happen to me twice where I have an appointment and at the last minute they tell me I don’t have an appointment I have to only get one child checked which they have there appointment but not the other and that I have to walk back out to the waiting area until th... read more
Worst front desk staff. Do not go to this doctors office.
I love the doctors but they have a very poor staff at the Mesquite facility your automatically placed on hold for five minutes each time before you can speak with someone ( expect be put on hold at least five times or more ) don't bother leaving a message you wont get a call back and forget trying to get paper work handled the form will get lost countless times

Me gusta demasiado, lo único es que se tardan un poco en llamarte al consultorio, pero de ahí en general me encanta, y lo mejor son doctore hispanos
it's always something with these people. staff is rude (not the doctors). call wait time is ridiculous. appointment wait time is ridiculous. front office needs to be properly trained. always hires young girls. all hispanics.
