I cannot give this place a bad enough review! They do NOT keep up with shot records! They also aren’t smart enough to tell new moms when their baby’s next shots are due. My veterinarian sends me reminders for my DOGS! These are actual kids and they can’t be bothered! They believe putting a baby in a steamy bath cures EVERYTHING and I mean everything. Trash. The front receptionists are lazy and rude. I'm always put on long holds and it's nearly impossible to make an appointment.
I believe the good reviews on here are from eployees or owners !! I been coming here with 3 grandkids for 4 years and the staff is ALWAYS rude and DGAF This a large group of ppl gathered in one place, under the guise of doing WORK, all of whom DGAF about said work.. presumably their work is to give medical care to children, and also presumably some of those children are SICK.. I took my sick 4y/o gson who has been a patient there all 4 of his years, but this is the first time he has been sick.. I forgot to bring his ibuprofe... read more
I’ve been coming here for 17 years, Dr Nunez is the best but this office staff is completely garbage. I’ve been trying for over an hour now to make an appointment. I’ve been hung up on, transferred around in circles, put straight on hold without a greeting and this is pretty normal for this office the last couple of years. As of today, I’ll be searching for a new place. I cannot deal with this trash treatment anymore.
Worst place to take your children. Staff never answer the phone and when they do pick up they hang up on you. The nurses always have an attitude. The doctor and nurses don’t really show in interest in taking care of the patients.
If I could I WOULDN'T even put 1 star ... this place is terrible.. No just office but Doctors.. I been waiting for a prescription since Saturday and until this point they haven't contact the provider ( Medicaid ) to get an authorization on the medication. I called Medicaid myself and they told me what the Dr should do in order to get.. well they say they still need to call Medicaid.. it's awful.. The only one here been affected is my son who needs his medicine... I'm never coming back to this place.
Where do I start with this garbage heap? Every single time I’ve ever made an appointment here, for nearly three years, we end up in the waiting room for two hours at the least. They do not know how to keep an appointment at all. Receptionists are all rude and completely clueless. Misplaced paperwork, putting people on hold for over a half hour, hanging up the phone on them.. I’ve called numerous times to not even be greeted, just put straight on hold.
