The staff is not the nicest but they can be very nice if you smile at them and become friendly yourself (�). There are times I have to wait a little bit but for the most part everything is done pretty quick. It depends on the day you come and the time. I walked in twice and first time I was in and out in 30min and the second time in and out in about an hour. Appointments are usually faster. Overall I am glad we use this clinic!
I can never get anyone to answer the phone or I'm put on hold & they never pick back up. We've never seen the same doctor twice & they are always rushed. This place feels more like a cattle shoot for kids than a doctor's office!
Unpleasant receptionists and always a long wait time.
I have always had a problem with the staff one way or another, except the physicians. I had an appointment but I was told I did not, when I had just called the before to make the appointment. After rushing from work and picking up my sick kids to make it to my appointment they tell it was the day before. Really?! When I was told they were all booked up, ugh so I had to wait longer than a at Children's.
I always have to wait at least an hour. The lady said if your more than 10 min late they won't take you, but they make you wait forever. Crazy. Then you can never find a place to sit because they always bring 6 or 7 extra people.
