The staff and office manager and unproffessional and rude. I cant say I have ever seen a doctor's run so badly. I discourage anyone from bring their children there.
This doctor's office is very helpful, just not consistent in the way they run their organization. My daughter has been attending this office since she was born and we have experienced good and bad times, but overall, they always treated my daughter with kindness and with expertise. The ladies that run the front are sometimes rude and seem unprofessional and even some of the interns they bring in seem brainless about children. Dr. Seelinger has been our pediatrician for 12 years seeing both of my children up to age 18. She has been thorough and very friendly. We got the referral from another doctor/friend of ours who had a chance to work with her, and he was very impressed.
Doctor and technician are nice, but rarely get someone on the phone on your first try! Every time I call I have to leave a message. I just want the hours POSTED somewhere so I know when I can go pick up my glasses (I've missed them every time!).
My son has seen the physicians at Pediatric Associates of Lakeland Since he was born. Anytime that I have called to make an appointment my son was seen the same day. When I needed help finding specialist in my area that accepted my insurance. they made my appointments for me and were very helpful. I recommend this office to all of my friends.
Dr. Ray is wonderful but not happy with staff and client services...very unprofessional and careless and outspoken...SORRY but disappointed. Front staff do effect business
Highly recommend it. I have taken my children there since my first daughter was born in 1984, when they were still at the Pratt Street location. My 16-yar-old son still goes there from time to time. We have always gotten prompt and competant service.
