The entire staff from front office to the PA’s, nurses and doctors are all amazing! We saw Dr. Hopper this time around and were very pleased, as usual, with how he clearly cares for his patients! Portia was our first nurse and she was an absolute GEM! Tashanna was our nurse for immunizations for the second time and I was very pleased with her care and patience with a very hungry and cranky 4mo old! As a parent of a teenager and 22 year old, We have been clients of Pediatrics Associates for 22 years. We always receive sound medical advice and care from all the Physicians.
We saw Dr. Nussbaum this week for my son's 2 week old appt. We had a list of questions as new parents, and she was patient, kind, educational and very encouraging! A definite positive experience, we are very grateful to her.
After searching for months for a pediatrician for my boys that wasn't at an MTF, I found this clinic by accident through John Hopkins. My 4 year old has had his tubes stuck in his ear canal for over a year and they were causing problems. They got him in very quickly and were able to get them out. We also bring our newborn here and have had a great experience so far with that. Dr. Bajani was amazing at our first visit. We also saw Dr. George to diagnose a tongue tie. I love this practice, we've had a great experience with both our kids. It's easy to get an appointment, the hours are great and I love the email Advice Nurse line. We've seen just about every provider, and though I definitely have a few favorites, I've never felt like we didn't get exceptional care. I love how we are never rushed (which of course can backfire because then doctor's run late, but if you want extra time with a provider you have to imagine other people do too!), and I've never been made to feel silly for having ... read more
I use to love this place, I’ve taken my kids here since they were born. Unfortunately, lately the staff has become really rude and aren’t as friendly as they use to be, whoever use to be on the phones was so much better then whoever is in charge of answering now.
More than 13 doctors in the practice and when you child is sick they never read your child's health history so every time someone see you baby they ending up giving him different medication for God sake these are babies you need to be very conscious. Plus you need to know your job I don't have to keep reminding each doctor what kid of medicine they have given to my 2 years old assma:( On another note they don't send the "urgent" much needed medecins to the pharmacy even when the doctor says it has been sent to your pharmacy ... read more
