Great office! Flexible hours! Very convenient walk-in hours especially when your child is sick.
I have been going to PAA for almost 4 years now and I LOVE THE DOCTORS! I LOVE that when we take any of our children into be seen from illnesses to well checks each doctor takes there time to talk to us, educate us and allow us to ask 10000 questions without making us feel rushed or like they need to move on to the next patient! Love this place and doctors and stuff members are great:)
My wife and I have been taking our daughter to this practice since she was born. We surely love this place and every staff member; they are very friendly and knowledgeable. Every time we walk thru the door, they make us feel home, its awesome!!! All the doctors that have seing our little one have been extremely professional and helpful when it comes to answer all those questions that every first time parent like us will have. Thank you PAA for being such and amazing practice, keep up the great work! See you soon!!!
My family will never return to this practice. They have horrible customer service! I have never dealt with this type of service, ever. And based on the other reviews, it's true, this place will charge for anything and everything. We will be trying to find a smaller practice with professional staff members as soon as possible. This place is just ridiculous. I've had to step out of my workplace just to get one task completed.
We recently decided to attend this practice after a change in insurance. My infant was sick so we called and got a same day appointment. Upon arrival to the practice, I was informed that because she was not an "established" patient, that she could not be seen. I asked why an appointment was provided if she could not be seen and the front desk woman (who did not look me in the eye once during the entire conversation) offered no further assistance.
