We absolutely adore Dr Dierks she is the best! The front and back office staff were friendly, efficient, and professional.
My two oldest kids aged out of pediatric associates but my youngest still sees Dr Hopper who is simply the best at what he does. .They are the most caring bunch of people. Dr.Kernan Grunzke was my special needs daughter's doctor for 16 years. She has a heart of GOLD. I have been taking my kids there for a long time so it is fair to say that we have dealt with every member of that practice in some form of another. They are kind and courteous and most of all they listen and that is what tou want for your kids.
Pediatrics of Alexandria have been my pediatrician from the start. Their actions and guidance saved my daughters life when she was a newborn. I trust them 100%. I can't think of one negative or critical thing to say. Their hours are amazing and someone is always available.
I just recently moved to Alexandria with my family. We are looking for a good pediatrician for my 15 month old and Pediatric Associates of Alexandria was the first to show on my search. They had good reviews so i called them. THE WOMAN ON THE PHONE WAS RUDE, UNPLEASANT AND INCREDIBLY HOSTILE. She kept cutting me off, rushing me to get off the phone, and had an overall terrible attitude. Today is wednesday July 3rd I made the call at about 12:30 pm. I rate Pediatric Associates of Alexandria 10. The from the time you walk in, the staff are very friendly, the nurses, and doctors I have seen have been outstanding. I wouldn't take my grandson anywhere else. Keep up the great work and thank you for the great customer service. E Rollins
