Our child was in significant pain. We were in and out in 30 minutes on the SAME day we had a problem. The staff was kind and considerate to us both. We love being seen here.
We have been going to Pediatric Associates of Alexandria for 5 years. Everyone there is friendly and helpful. I recently took my daughter in as a Walk In and even though the waiting room was packed, we were in and out in under an hour.

We love this practice! I have never had a long wait in the waiting room, even as a walk in. I also have greatly appreciated the after hours help line and nurse line during office hours. Will gladly continue to take my children here!
My experience is excellent and staff are very supportive. Two of my Kids follow with them.
We have been using PAA for 8 years. We have never had issues until recently. The doctors are caring and understanding but the office staff is rude! The doctor we see has his own coordinator and that person never returns calls. The other schedulers are not helpful and I have been hung up on several times. This is so unprofessional and we will be finding a new practice.
Terrible time getting through when need to make appointment or talk to a nurse. I’m on hold for an hour as I type this.
I love this practice! We’ve been taking both of our kids to see Dr. Hopper since they were newborns and he is amazing! I love his practical approach to most concerns I have and medication is only prescribed when necessary. We also saw Dr. Bryant when my daughter was sick and were pleased with her thoroughness when checking out my daughter. I have never walked away second guessing anything the doctors have advised.
