Can't recommend, since they refuse to provide an in-person ASL interpreter for a Deaf patient that requested it. Try Children’s Medical Associates (Dr. Dawn Estabrook) instead.
Business response:
We use ADA compliant video translation for all of our translation services. Most of our patients, including deaf families, have been quite happy with this. Cost is not the only factor. Video translation is available on moments notice, so works for urgent visits too, versus in-person translators who must be scheduled in advance. Sorry if this does not meet your needs.

I would highly recommend pediatrics associates of Alexandria. We heard about them from a friend who brings their children. Just had our first visit. The staff and Doctor so friendly and inviting. Didn’t feel rushed, got a thorough exam. Was very happy and please we chose this practice.
