I love Pediatric Associates Chapel Trail. Everyone there is so nice and great with my son. His doctor is amazing and very patient. I recommend Pediatric Associates to all parents.
Terrible customer service. With an appointment, they kept my wife and son waiting for an hour. They finally walked out. Twenty people walked in after them, and they were the only ones kept waiting. What is the use of an appointment if it is not honored? Our time is valuable. If the doctor was running behind, why not call and let us know instead of lying and saying we are next when we are not? Shame on you!!!
I love the staff the facility. Very clean. Even my kids doctor she is amazing dr villar is amazing doctor and cares about her patients.
I love all the nurses.....Nurse Nicole is the sweetest always greet us with a smile.....the BEST Doctor pediatric associates in Chapel trail can have (in our heart because everyone has their opinion) is Dr. Ann Margaret Villar. We love and respect her so much I can always count on her with my kids health. She makes and takes her time in decision that are best for my kids.
