Amazing customer service, they stayed open later just to help me change my inner tubs and tires - even taught me how to do it. Young lad was especially helpful and very kind. Defo will be the bike shop for the future. Cheers guys.
I'm on a cycling holiday with my family and I popped in today to buy an Ortlieb handlebar bag. I asked the guys at the store if they could attach it, and they said they could. As soon as the guy saw the instructions, he left the bag and assembly kit lying on the desk and disappeared. I then had to assemble the bag myself. Recently purchased my new bike from Pedal Revolution and I can happily say it was a brilliant experience from start to finish. From answering all my questions over the phone to pickup day, the team was super helpful. They made sure the bike was properly fitted to me and explained everything clearly throughout the process. Everyone was really friendly and welcoming — a massive thank you to the whole team!
