I do wish this practice would learn how many months there are in a year. Over the past three years, I have been invited to book my annual blood check, at three different times of the year - October 2023, August 2024 and April 2025. Ridiculous but for this poorly run surgery, not at all surprising. I am now making steps to leave Peartree Practice, as I cannot continue with such a shoddy service.
OMG!! After the frustrating debacle with repeat prescription in December they have gone and done it again. I should admit though that this is the first time ever of receiving a message from them advising my repeat is rejected because I apparently have ordered to early . Honestly the medically qualified person doing this must be aware of my dosage and how long my tablets would last, surely? I last ordered on 16th December. It's now a whole month later! Absolutely cannot fault this clinic. Friendly staff, appointments always running on time when I've been there, and joining up and requesting assistance is very quick and efficient using the online consultation and NHS app (although you do have to go through a lot of questions on the online forms). If you want a local clinic that takes advantage of modern technology to boost efficiency, this is it.
I have almost lost my life through sheer negligence from this surgery. I would suggest this practice is scrapped completely and would advise anyone who feels ill to call 111 or 999. The GPs here and the practice are not fit for purpose, and quality care commission is on to this and investigating the incompetence and negligence being practised daily.
