Scam. Scam. Please stay away. They asked for all my sensitive material. Kept them for 2 years. They also told me they were waiting for the Ombudsman to reply with all my claims. When I sent a message saying Im reporting them for the scam they are doing, collecting people s sensitive document, they then closed my file and told me they cannot help me. I am still going to approach BBC etc
Dose this company given answer phones been trying since 9am this morning no one picking up, was told Friday someone would call me but no one has awful service. This company just cancelled all my claims not even bothered to contact me I did all the phone calls absolute joke they are scammers this place should not be open VOID waste off time rude unprofessional staff
