I waited over an hour for my appointment. Then the 3 girls that were working that night didn't seem to know what they were doing. It took forever to get everything measured. Then when my glasses came in, they were wrong. Now I have to start all over again. On top of that the glasses are the most expensive I have ever gotten and I used insurance. I don't recommend this store to anyone.
Was in getting an exam and contact lens exam when there was a miscommunication with my insurance company and another pearle vision but the manager here was fantastic and helped me work through it and come out with what I wanted still. Thank you for all your help!!
